And I agree about having the time to create something more complicated.  I always still worry about timing, though.  I&#039;ve made some meals before where the main dish got cold while the side dish finished cooking.  I guess everything just takes practice!]]></description>

When you have time, it can be fun to &#039;create&#039; something long and complicated; however, usually go...go...go... so my focus lately seems to be mostly short &#039;n sweet recipies.  I do love cooking with wine... sometimes I even put it in the food.]]></description>
